Yes. The IRS requires taxpayers to be in compliance before addressing any unpaid balances. I will prepare and file all required returns to get you compliant. Once we know where you stand, I will analyze your tax situation and determine the best strategy for your resolution. 

It depends. Generally speaking, resolution service fees trend around 10% of the federal balance due. Additional services and special circumstances may increase fees. I bill and engage each phase of a resolution independently, so you will always know the next steps and what they cost.  You should have an initial budget of at least $3,000 to retain representation.

Yes. The first part of any resolution will be a full analysis of your transcripts. This will provide me with a detailed look at what the IRS is looking at, and allow me to utilize practitioner priority lines to contact the IRS and know what to address with them when I do.
